Sales Policy
At FISHISTORE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Not be a custom or personalized product (these are non-returnable).
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
3. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange an item, we will send you a replacement item once we receive the returned item. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you.
